Who it’s for
Rooted & Rested is for women in leadership who feel stuck in cycles of stress, pressure, or burnout — even when everything looks fine on the outside. It’s for those who want practical, embodied tools and a deeper understanding of how they operate, so they can feel calmer, more grounded, and more like themselves again — without getting lost in the past or relying on insight alone.
Who it’s not for
This isn’t for you if you’re looking for quick fixes, surface-level strategies, or productivity hacks.
It also requires a willingness to reflect, notice your patterns, and experiment with new ways of responding — if that doesn’t feel like the right time, this may not be the right fit.
And while this work is supportive and trauma-informed, it’s not a replacement for clinical or emergency mental health care (though it can sit alongside therapy).
