My mission in life is facilitating rest.

In your home that will be design-related.
In your work, it will be connected to how you feel about where you’re at, where you’re going and your strategy for getting there.

It will also be about how you manage your stress, any anxiety, and maintain productivity.

I have regularly found myself over the years, sitting for hours with friends and colleagues, brainstorming their businesses, coming up with fresh ideas, bouncing thoughts around, and coming up with strategies that streamline, bring purpose, and clarity about the things they want to do - ON PURPOSE.

One of the things I am most passionate about is intentionality in business.

With over 20 years as an entrepreneur, lots of public speaking and writing experience, as well as being trained as a lifestyle consultant specialising in Corporate wellness, I have lots to give to you - but my biggest strength is being your cheerleader.

I am passionate about small business, about purpose, about seeing your gifts released, and structures that set you up for success!
