Many clients don’t want full services, but would appreciate an hour or two-hour consult, going through their ideas and thoughts with a fine tooth comb, through the eyes of designer. This service is a great opportunity to use a professional sounding board on a future design, or DIY project.

We offer a range of consult options;

• an hour, or two hour meeting, to run all your ideas past a professional,

• A half-day brainstorm (better in person, but is possible online). This works best if there is more than one room, or the room is a kitchen or open plan space.

• A full day consult (in person). This is best if you are planning a larger renovation, or have multiple rooms you want to talk through. Book a designer to come and think through all the details which might be overwhelming, from electrics, to lighting, to flow, and furtureproofing.

These meetings allows you to ask any questions, smooth out any concerns or insecurities, and potentially gain new perspectives or design ideas in a quicker, more efficient way. This is ideal for both local and online* options, for those who are happy with managing their own project, are on a much tighter budget, or want a designers view on what they should do, without having to book full services.

You will receive all notes and sketches made during the consult, as well as a cohesive summary of suggestions, which you can use as you move your own project forward.

*Online clients need to be able to present building plans to any online meeting, complete with measurements and electrical/plumbing plans.
